The City of New Orleans initiative to rapidly build a connected, low-stress network of bikeways is coming soon to "downriver" neighborhoods near downtown. The initiative, Moving New Orleans Bikes, includes protected bike lanes, high-visibility crosswalks, extended curbs, transit stops, and improved signage will offer every traveler more safety and less stress on our streets.

Ahead of a City-hosted virtual meeting to share designs for the improvements coming soon to streets in these neighborhoods, we're reaching out to residents and businesses located directly on or near streets slated for these Complete Streets improvements.

Join us on Monday, November 16th from 11:30am to 1pm in calling local residents and businesses about how these changes will improve their safety, access, community health, and the local economy.
